I'm a corporate commercial lawyer, working in Auckland, New Zealand. I have a broad corporate commercial practice, with a particular focus on matters involving technology, IT, e-commerce and the commercialisation of intellectual property.
Any views expressed on this site are entirely my own. Nothing here is intended as or should be relied on as legal advice. (You'll know if I'm giving you legal advice because under the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act (Lawyers: Conduct and Client Care) Rules 2008 we are obliged to provide you with certain information, including an engagement letter setting out our agreed fee arrangements.)
incontrovertible.me is my practice ground. I'm teaching myself programming and web development and have set this up as a way to try out the things I'm learning.
Each page has been lovingly crafted by hand. I don't want to use WordPress or other WYSIWYG editors, or to randomly copy and paste bits of code. If I don't understand it well enough to code it myself, it won't be on here.
My idea of what this site might be is still emerging. I'm developing it iteratively, so expect things to change over time.
My immediate plan is to use it to share some of my thoughts on various issues. My approach to blogging is also under development, so the topics that prompt me to write may be a bit random.
